Our Construction Staff will work with you from the very earliest design stages of your project. This will allow us to gain a complete understanding of your scope, which will enable us to apply our experience and knowledge to assist and provide recommendations of all the required aspects of the project. Whether it is your site, concrete, masonry, plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC, or electrical we can assist in the selection of materials or designs, that will provide to you the best product at the best price which will allow you to achieve the highest value for your budget, the first time.

Project Cost

By combining the information we gain during the Pre-Construction Coordination meetings we can accurately provide conceptual budgets, estimates, and final contract pricing. Wallick Construction Southeast can furnish this pricing information on the forms your lending source requires. We are very familiar with all the forms from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and can provide this pricing on any of these.
